Annotation information

GO annotations for most model organisms can be downloaded from the Gene Ontology Consortium. KEGG annotations of protein-coding protein genes can be obtained by KAAS. InterProScan is a tool to automatically annotate proteins, which can also obtain GO and KEGG of proteins. Here we provide GO and KEGG annotations for some species.

Human: human_gene_go.tsv human_gene_kegg.tsv

Mouse: mouse_gene_go.tsv mouse_gene_kegg.tsv

Zebrafish: zebrafish_gene_go.tsv zebrafish_gene_kegg.tsv

GO / KEGG information

GO information (go-basic.obo) can be downloaded from Gene Ontology Consortium, or the version (may not be the latest) in the sample data can be used. KEGG information (K2ko.tsv) can only be downloaded from our website.
